Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking System

Very narrow aisle pallet racking (VNA racking) is an adaptation of standard adjustable pallet racking systems, which compacted the rack aisle into a very small area. It creats a high-density storage system that makes it possible to increase the capacity of the warehouse without expanding the space.

High Height, Narrow Aisles

Very narrow aisle pallet racking system is a smart design to utilize warehouse high spaceadequately. It can be designed up to 15m high, while aisle width is only 1.6m-2m, increases storage capacity greatly.

Special Handling Equipment

For warehouse operations with very narrow aisle pallet racking, special handling equipment is required, such as VNA trucks or forklifts, with rotating forks to simplify operations.

Floor Guidance System

Sometimes, to further facilitate the operation of these trucks, a floor guidance system is designed to make sure the correct route is followed. Equipping with guide rail on ground, to help reach truck moves inside of aisle safely, avoiding damage to racking unit.
