FIFO Pick Storage Carton Flow Racks

Carton flow racks, also known as sliding racks, use roller aluminum alloy, sheet metal and other flow strips. Using the weight of the goods, the goods are stored from one channel and picked up from the other channel to complete the first-in-first-out, which is convenient for storage. Carton flow racks are used to transport and support guardrails and guide equipment, with good rolling performance and low cost. The rollers are made of thermoplastics and have the advantages of low friction coefficient, impact resistance, long life, acid and alkali resistance and moisture resistance.

FIFO carton flow racks have high storage efficiency and are suitable for short-term storage and picking of many goods. They can be equipped with electronic tags to complete the easy handling of goods. Commonly used sliding containers are turnover boxes, parts boxes and cartons. Flow racks are widely used in distribution centers, assembly workshops and warehouses with high shipping frequency.

Usage of FIFO Carton Flow Racks:

1. The load of the flow strip can be changed according to the size of the goods. When the weight of the goods exceeds the rated load, many flow strips can be installed in one channel. The installation inclination depends on the weight and depth of the flow strip, which is generally 3-6 degrees. A support beam is usually installed in the depth direction to enhance the rigidity of the flow strip.

2. The flow strips are made of high-quality thermoplastics with minimal friction and excellent impact resistance. They are strong and not easy to break. In terms of chemical properties, it is resistant to acid and alkali and does not absorb moisture. The flow strip operates at a temperature as low as 40 degrees Celsius. The material rack is tilted downward in the direction of transportation, and the goods slide down under the action of gravity. It can achieve first-in-first-out, and can achieve one-time replenishment and multiple pick-ups.
