There are many types of warehouse storage racks. The reason for the distinction is that different types of racks have different structures and storage effects. So what are the differences between warehouse very narrow aisle racks and radio shuttle storage racks?

The very narrow aisle rack in storage rack manufacturers generally refers to warehouse storage racks that require reserved channels, such as common pallet racks, beam racks, double deep racks, very narrow aisle racks, etc. Forklifts need to enter the aisle to access goods. The storage radio shuttle rack does not need to reserve a channel. The forklift can directly fork the goods to the outermost position, and then use the shuttle to automatically store the goods. The pick-up is also when the shuttle first transports the goods to the front of the radio shuttle rack. On the cargo space, the forklift directly takes it off.

The very narrow aisle racks improve the warehouse area and space utilization by narrowing the distance between the racks and the channel. However, the cost of the forklift to match this type of rack is more expensive than that of the ordinary forklift. Because the channel reservation of the very narrow aisle rack is only about 1.8 meters, the ordinary forklift is simply not enough to turn. The three-way forklift realizes storage and retrieval of goods by turning the front fork. The working range of the three-way forklift only needs 1.3 meters, and the rear wheel does not need to make a right-angle turn, which is especially suitable for large logistics warehouses.
