Radio Shuttle Racking System
The radio shuttle racking system is a high-density storage system consisting of storage racks, trolleys and forklifts. The forklift places the goods at the front end of the rack aisle rails, and the shuttle car operated by radio remote control can carry pallet goods on the rails. This efficient storage method improves the utilization rate of warehouse space and brings new storage options to customers!
Characteristics of radio shuttle racks
1) High-density storage and high warehouse utilization rate.
2) Improved work efficiency and reduced waiting time for operations.
3) Flexible operation methods and diversified storage and retrieval methods for goods: first-in-first-out or first-in-last-out.
4) High safety factor, reducing the probability of collision between storage racks and forklifts and improving safety production rate.
5) Relatively low lighting requirements, less overall investment compared to other storage racks.
Application of radio shuttle racks
More quantity and less variety:
Industries with large batches of single varieties and relatively single items such as food, beverages, chemicals, and tobacco.
Cold storage operations:
Reduce low-temperature operation time and improve work efficiency and operation safety.
Deadline management:
Warehouses with strict requirements on item batches and requiring first-in-first-out operation management.
Increase storage capacity:
Warehouses with limited storage space and need to maximize space utilization.
