Application of heavy-duty warehouse racks

Heavy-duty warehouse racks are common and important storage equipment in many industries. The main material used in production is metal. Cold-rolled steel has better quality, relatively high performance, and strength, can withstand large gravity, and can ensure long-term use. Due to the heavy storage of products, they must be used in conjunction with pallets and forklifts, also known as crossbeam pallet racks. Heavy-duty warehouse racks have a lower storage density but have good picking efficiency and lower cost.

Maintenance of heavy-duty warehouse racks

1. Regularly apply protective paint to reduce rusting, conduct daily inspections, fix any loose screws in a timely manner, provide timely ventilation, and ensure that the warehouse is not excessively damp.

2. Avoid excessive sunlight exposure, ventilate the warehouse racks reasonably, and prevent wet goods from being placed on the warehouse racks. Drainage and dehumidification should be done as much as possible.

3. Provide a set of anti-collision pillars according to different warehouse racks, channel widths, and transportation tools.

4. The weight of goods placed on the warehouse racks must be within the load-bearing capacity of the warehouse racks. Mark the load-bearing limit and follow the principle of placing heavy objects at the bottom of the warehouse racks and light objects at the top.

5. Establish a warehouse rack usage system. Different warehouses, different goods, and warehouse racks in each warehouse have different usage methods.
