How to use the maintenance shelf correctly

一、Shelf cleaning: cleaning is very important for a shelf. Because shelves are generally placed in the warehouse, few people go to the warehouse of some units. Only when you need something, you will get it in a hurry and leave in a hurry, so few people will clean the shelves. Often cleaning the shelf will extend the service life of the shelf. The cleaning of the shelf is not necessarily washed with water, as long as there is no dust on it, and washing the shelf with water will oxidize the surface of the shelf and greatly shorten the service life of the shelf.

二、Shelf placement: things, accessories and workpieces (products) shall be placed orderly, and pipelines and lines shall be organized to prevent blocking channels. And the orderly shelves are not easy to hit, which can add the safety of shelves and goods.

三、Shelf safety: we must remember the weight of the shelf and do not put goods beyond the weight to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

四、Shelf use: the shelf should strictly organize its inherent parameters to store goods. Overweight will seriously affect the service life of the shelf.

1. The weight of goods placed on the shelf must be within the load of the shelf. The warehouse manager shall make a load-bearing and load limiting mark on the shelf and follow the principle of light weight at the bottom of the shelf.

2. Rules shelf application guidelines. Different warehouses and different goods have different ways to use the shelves in each warehouse. 

3. Heavy and high-rise shelf warehouses must be equipped with power pushers. The use and operation of pushers are necessary and can only be operated by certified special personnel. 

4. A set of anti-collision posts shall be equipped according to different shelves, channel widths and transported things, and anti-collision guardrails shall be installed in the channel direction.
