Our clients are usually curious about the manufacturer process for the pallet racking system, due to COVID control, many abroad customers couldn’t visit our factory or even can’t check their finish goods here, we usually measure the finish goods, and take photos and videos to them so that they could see our quality and good service.

However, the warehouse racking industry is a complex field which contains many aspects including the production capability, engineering design, and professional people, here below the whole process which may be a help for you:

Process 1: we will prepare the material once order and deposit is confirmed, the material for pallet racking system is usually the Q235 rolled cold steel, supplied by the famous BaoSteel in Shanghai.
Some very high frames,used in cold temperature warehouse, we will suggest the senior grade steel SS400 steel for them.
Process 2: all raw materials go to the punching process, we the high accuracy hole-punching machine which could assure the whole production capability.
Process 3: after punching, all materials go to the cold rolling (folding) & bending process,under our professional machine, we will get the most beautiful frame profiles.
Process 4: the cutting process, to cut the material length according to order.
Process 5: the anti-corrossion powder coated finish, the paiting thickness is usually 60~80μm, with the strong adhesive ability,which can assure to use more than 10 years.
Process 6: packing, usually with pallet package for easy loading into the container with forklifts, standard export package to assure the long distance abroad overseas shipping, safely arrive in customer’s warehouse.
Process 7: ready to ship.
