2. When the pallet is used in the high-level three-dimensional storage shelf, attention should be paid to prevent it from falling from high altitude. When the tray is used in the through storage shelf, the bottom of the tray should be safely placed on the tray position of the storage shelf. Ensure that the bottom of the pallet is in the safe position of the storage shelf.

3. Select the right storage shelf tray, the steel tray with Sichuan structure is the most suitable for storage shelf. In the bottom of the three crossbeam structure, whether in the crossbeam type storage rack or the large span through type storage rack, the steel pallet of Sichuan structure shows the strong storage rack load.

4. Select reasonable pallet for storage shelf. Generally, according to the usage, pallets can be divided into flat turnover use, palletizing use and storage shelf use. Among the three use cases, the storage shelf load has the highest requirement for steel pallet. Because in the use of the storage shelf, the stress point of the pallet is only the support of the cross beam of the storage shelf to the pallet, and the stress point is relatively small. If it is overloaded for a long time, the face of the tray will be bent and difficult to recover.
